On a night when Eric Gryba showed the world he knows how to knock the puck home, that was not the biggest news for big number 2.
At 17:06 of the second period of a tight game with UVM, Gryba got into it with David Pacan of Vermont after the whistle.
The penalties offset in a best case scenario for BU, one in which Gryba gets penalty minutes, and BU doesn't have to play a man down. This means that Eric is just one major penalty away from tying Freddy Meyer for the club record for career penalty minutes at BU.
