The Big Man Inches Closer

In an otherwise disappointing opening night for Terrier Hockey, Eric Gryba came through in the clutch to keep the hopes and dreams of BU fans alive.

7:33 into the third, donning a fresh "A", Gryba buckled down and did what we were all so desperately waiting for.  He took a high sticking penalty.

With the two minute minor, Gryba comes that much closer to securing the ultimate goal of surpassing Freddy Meyer as the all-time penalty minute leader in BU Hockey History.

As you can see, the standings are now as follows:

Meyer: 288
Gryba: 238
