Gryba Watch: October 20

Four More Minutes for the Big Man

The BU Hockey World is crumbling down around us.  BU can't score goals.  They can't even convert on wide-open breakaways!  And now even their goaltending looks a bit shoddy!  What can I believe in any more?

GRYBA SMASH, THAT'S WHAT!

Eric Gryba took a holding penalty 11 minutes into the game and a high-sticking penalty at 1:08 of the third period.  Four more penalty minutes on the docket.

Those two minors bring Gryba's season total to 6 penalty minutes, and his career mark to 242.

He now trails Freddy Meyer by just 46 minutes for the record of most career penalty minutes as a Terrier.  His next chance to eat babies and destroy entire towns simply by exhaling is this Saturday Night against Michigan.

SCOREBOARD
Meyer: 288 PIM
Gryba: 242 PIM
