Boomer Ewing, Pete MacArthur Can't Break Through to NHL

Former Terriers sent to Blackhawks' Affiliate

Bryan Ewing and Peter MacArthur were cut from the Blackhawks NHL club, being assigned to their AHL affiliate, the Rockford IceHogs.

Petey Mac spent 64 games in Rockford last season, posting 14 goals and 11 assists for the IceHogs.

Boomer placed third in the ECHL in goals last season, lighting the lamp 43 times for the Wheeling Nailers.  He was second in the league with 91 points overall.
